The City and County of San Francisco spends approximately $2 billion on goods and services provided by private sector businesses. The process can be difficult to understand due to the numerous rules involved. Yeti worked with the San Francisco Office of Contract Administration and Committee on Information Technology to develop a chatbot for the procurement process. I was brought onto the team to work on visual design as well as some language & logic adjustments for the chatbot.
