Greetings friend!
I'm a product designer in San Francisco helping organizations create products, businesses, and services that are in support of people.
As designers, creators, and most importantly, as human beings, I believe it is our responsibility to foster an environment of inclusivity, compassion, and respect—so that we can all experience happiness. This way we can build experiences that are not only delightful, functional, and accessible, but ones that respect human rights, privacy, and human effort. We can do this by being willing to listen with empathy, acknowledge, and understand another person's intent; to adapt and work with it.
Son of immigrant parents, raised in San Francisco, with teachers such as community, compassion, diversity, inclusiveness, and even poverty. I devote my time to support people in any way possible, to help them problem solve and to take action.
Starting my career in customer experience, to retail operations, and then training and development; I have always put people first. I now want to start my journey into interaction design to create products, services, and experiences that fundamentally serve people.
So far, I've helped create systems and processes that are used in Starbucks locations around the US and have helped Postmates scale and grow their customer service team in Nashville. I've had the pleasure of designing and prototyping products for the San Francisco Government, however, there is still so much I need and want to learn about design, business, and the rest of the world.
I'm always looking for opportunities in customer experience, gov tech, non-profit, and education. If there's a problem space you're looking to explore, I'd love to join you in that journey!
